Pricing for gold tier is by indoor unit (zone). |

Our silver tier maintenance is intended to be a basic checkup of the outdoor unit compressor with indoor unit filter cleaning. Pricing for the silver tier is by outdoor unit. |

Diagnostic Service
The diagnostic fee covers the services required to diagnose a problem or inspect a system up to 30 minutes. This includes verifying incoming power voltages, communication voltages, leak sensing where accessible, visual inspection, use pressure guages as required. If leak is not detected but low refrigerant is suspected, verifying amount of refrigerant in the system is excluded from diagnostic service. $135 |

200 or 400 Amp Electric Service Upgrade
If your existing electric service is a 100 or 150 amp service, you will likely need an electric servce upgrade in order to add electric appliances and to eventually fully electrify your home. The size of your home and the electrical appliances that are installed in your home will determine whether a 200 amp or a 400 amp electric service is the correct size for your home. An example of a fully electrified 200 amp home is: a 1500 square foot home with electric range, electric dryer, heat pump water heater, centrally ducted air source heat pump or four zone mini-split system, well pump, and a load management system installed on a level 2 EV charger.
